Preliminary Results

Scio Middle School

Currently, we have 7 showers that have come back high in lead. We believe that it is from lack of use. Because the showers are not intended to be used for drinking water, we will be removing the shower heads and aerating the lines and retesting before we start the mitigation process.

1 shower head in the boys locker room .0252 mg/l, the action level is .20. All the shower heads in the girls locker room and coaches office .0248 to .0499 mg/l, acion level is .20.
