Congratulations, Lady Loggers!

We are incredibly proud to announce that our Lady Loggers Softball Team is heading to the OSAA State Championship Game this Friday, June 6th at 12:00 PM at the University of Oregon!

This is an exciting and well-earned moment for our student-athletes, coaches, and community—and we know many of you would love the opportunity to show your Logger pride and support these young women as they compete at the highest level.

To allow our high school students and staff the opportunity to attend and support the team, Scio High School will be closed for the day on Friday. Centennial Elementary and Scio Middle School will remain open and continue with planned end-of-year activities.

We understand that many families across all grade levels may want to attend the game, and we fully support families choosing to check their students out early to participate in this special event.

At the same time, we have younger students and staff who have been looking forward to long-planned activities such as field trips and kindergarten promotion. With so few days left in the school year, we want to honor those joyful experiences and the anticipation students and staff have built around them.

We are doing our best to make this a win for everyone: supporting our Lady Loggers, honoring student and family choice, and ensuring we continue to provide meaningful end-of-year experiences for all students.
